    General Meeting Minutes
    Monday, August 30, 2010
    Well, I guess all of us had fun and gained valuable experience through bonding and planning as a team. Now let me summarise the key points of the General Meeting, held on 28th August 2010.

    Expectations:
    -> Duties
    -> Serve with Pride and Respect
    -> Be a good Role Model
    -> Self-Discipline
    -> Being the 'Voice' of the students

    We discussed about the importance of self-discipline and being punctual for your duties and meetings.
    1.Morning meetings
    - If you are late with a valid reason, please submit a note Welfare.
    - On rainy occasions, meetings will be brought to a later timing.
    - It is also your responsibility as an SC to attend meeting punctually and regularly.

    2.Morning duties
    - SCs are to report to the Hall I/C to sign in for duty.
    - For Wooden Door duties, max.3person @ door, max.3person to patrol canteen.

    3.Mentors are to set a good example for your juniors and help them to develop a positive attitude towards serving the school. :)

    4.Self-discipline + Respect
    - Do what is right. Ask yourself "Who are you when nobody is looking?" Right mindset + Right attitude = Good character :)
    - Greet peers and teachers when you see them! :D

    Juniors don't forget to get your mentors' contact numbers, and do your duty!! :D
